Common questions
What does the per-camera price cover?
Everything the box does: person tracking, zones, counting, the event log, the assistant, alerts, live view and seven days of video on the box. Updates and dashboard access are included.
How do extra detections work?
Tell us which cameras need one and we enable it for your site. It is billed per camera it runs on, per month, and we switch it off the same way.
Are there per-user or per-seat fees?
No. Add as many people from your team as you need. The price depends only on how many cameras are connected and which extras are on.
What about something specific to my operation?
We train a custom detection on your data, private to your organisation, and quote it per site. Drive-through timing, uniform checks and shelf gaps are typical.
Do you sell the cameras?
No. The box works with the IP cameras you already have, so adding intelligence costs less than replacing them.
How does retention work?
Video is kept on the box for seven days and overwritten oldest first. Events and the clips you request are kept in the cloud under your retention setting. See our Privacy Policy for the full disclosure.
